                            OvrGetBuf function

  DECLARATION:  OvrGetBuf

      PURPOSE:  Returns the current size of the overlay buffer

         UNIT:  Overlay

  RESULT TYPE:  LongInt

      REMARKS:  The overlay buffer starts as small as possible, depending
                on the size of the size of the largest overlay. The size
                of the overlay buffer may be set with a call to OvrSetBuf.
